Best sales training companies (2026): who coaches a B2B team, and what they teach

Sales training firms teach a method and then try to make it stick: classroom or virtual sessions, manager coaching, and sometimes a hiring assessment. The useful difference is the motion they were built for. Sandler is a qualification system delivered through local franchises. Force Management and MEDDICC are used on complex SaaS deals. Winning by Design works on recurring-revenue teams, including customer success.

Most of these companies do not publish an enterprise price. Hiring the people you will train is a separate list: GTM and sales recruiting agencies. Outsourcing the prospecting itself is SDR and appointment setting agencies.

These firms have a named method and a delivery organization. Pick the method that matches how you actually sell, then ask how managers will coach it after the workshop.

Fees: Team programs are scoped. A single public enterprise price was not on the homepage when we checked. Ask for the current rate card.

JBarrows

How to choose a sales training firm

A two-day workshop changes little if managers do not inspect the behavior the next week. Ask what happens on day 30, and whether your own call recordings are part of the coaching.

  • Match the method to the sale: transactional, committee, or recurring revenue.
  • Ask who delivers, and whether that person has carried a quota in a motion like yours.
  • Get the reinforcement plan: manager certification, call coaching, or a platform.
  • Ask what is custom and what is a fixed curriculum.
  • Separate training from hiring. A methodology firm is not a recruiting agency.

Training does not build the list or the CRM

A training firm changes how people sell. OneGTM builds the account list, the signals, the sequences, and the CRM those people work from.

If the team is trained and still has nothing qualified to work, start with the outbound agency page.

  • Reps finish a workshop and go back to an empty sequence.
  • Managers cannot see which deals match the method you just bought.
  • Outbound copy is still written one email at a time.

Sales training FAQ

What are the best sales training companies for B2B teams?
Sandler, Richardson, Challenger, RAIN Group, ValueSelling, and Corporate Visions teach established B2B methods. Force Management and MEDDICC are common on complex SaaS deals. Winning by Design trains recurring-revenue teams, including customer success. JBarrows sells practitioner courses and team programs. Enterprise prices are mostly quoted.
How much does sales training cost?
Most of these firms do not publish an enterprise program price. You should expect a quoted workshop plus a reinforcement period. JBarrows publishes course prices on its catalog and quotes team work. Ask what is included after the live sessions, because the follow-up is where the fee usually grows.
What is the difference between sales training and an SDR agency?
Sales training teaches your employees. An SDR agency supplies people who prospect for you. If you do not yet have sellers, training has no one to land on. If you have sellers and no shared method, an agency will not fix that.
Which sales training fits a SaaS company?
Force Management and MEDDICC fit teams that need one qualification language on multi-threaded deals. Winning by Design fits recurring-revenue teams that want sales and customer success on the same system. Sandler is a better known fit for a qualification-first motion in a mid-market sales team. Ask each firm for clients with your deal size and cycle.
Does OneGTM sell sales training?
No. OneGTM builds outbound, signal, and CRM systems. The firms on this page teach selling.
