These are the Claude Code skills OneGTM runs every day to launch cold email, LinkedIn outreach, list building, and account scoring for clients. Most of them started as notes written after something broke in production, so they spend less time on what the vendor docs say and more on what the docs leave out. They are free and open source on GitHub.
Each skill is a folder with a SKILL.md in the open Agent Skills format, so they also run in Claude Cowork and other runtimes that read SKILL.md files.
API keys come from environment variables like INSTANTLY_API_KEY and HEYREACH_API_KEY. Nothing is hardcoded.
The skills
Instantly API
instantly-api
Create, edit, pause, and analyze Instantly campaigns through the V2 API and MCP. Includes the variable preflight that blocks a send when a lead is missing a merge field, so nobody gets an email that opens with a blank.
Campaign naming, a 2x2 thread structure, Instantly-native spintax, humanized copy rules, and lead variable mapping. It's the house style we use for every cold email campaign.
The full HeyReach reference: the sequence node tree, single-brace variable syntax, status-gated edits, the 100-lead cap per call, and the workarounds for each.
Turn a copy file into a live LinkedIn campaign: builds the connection request and DM sequence, discovers senders, and supports dry runs before anything goes out.
Company, people, and job posting search on Blitz, plus the checks that catch a query that quietly filtered nothing. Unknown filter keys return 200 with all 66M companies, and this skill is how you notice.
Audit a Clay-style account scoring model against the real data, simulate new bands and weights, and spread out a score distribution where every account lands at 62%.
They're built around silent failures. The worst GTM bugs return a 200. Instantly renders a blank merge field and sends anyway. HeyReach drops leads missing a first name without an error. Blitz ignores filter keys it doesn't recognize and returns its entire database. Each skill checks for the failures we have actually hit.
Worked examples from real client work. The scoring skill walks through ten versions of a real model, with names removed, including the version that looked best on paper and got rejected.
Opinionated copy rules. The copy skills ban em dashes and buzzwords, keep every email under 100 words, and require a concrete fact in each one. That's our house style, and you can fork it and change it.
Why we open-sourced them
GTM engineering is still a new job, and most of the useful knowledge sits in private Slack threads. Putting ours in public makes the whole field better at this, and it's the easiest way to show how we work.
If you want the system built for you instead, that's what Claude Code for GTM engagements are. We scope one workflow, build it with Claude Code against your real data, and hand you the repo.
Found a gotcha we missed or a vendor change that broke a skill? Open an issue and we'll fold it in.
GTM skills FAQ
What are Claude Code skills?
A skill is a folder with a SKILL.md file that teaches Claude Code how to do a specific job, like pushing leads into Instantly or auditing a scoring model. Claude loads a skill only when the task calls for it, so you can install dozens without cluttering every conversation.
How do I install the OneGTM GTM skills?
In Claude Code, run /plugin marketplace add OneGTM/gtm-skills and then /plugin install gtm-skills@onegtm. You can also clone the GitHub repo and copy the skills folder into ~/.claude/skills.
Are these GTM skills free?
Yes. The library is MIT licensed, so you can use it, fork it, and change it for your own team or clients. You still need your own API keys for tools like Instantly, HeyReach, and Blitz.
Do the skills work outside Claude Code?
Each skill follows the open Agent Skills format, so it also works in Claude Cowork and other agent runtimes that support SKILL.md files. The API recipes are plain Python and curl, which any agent can run.
Why would an agency give its skills away?
Most of what is in these files is hard-won knowledge about where GTM tools fail silently. Sharing it helps more teams ship clean outbound, and the teams that want the whole system built for them tend to call us.
