Nothing on this site is an offer to do work on particular terms. Engagements are governed by a separate written agreement, such as a proposal, statement of work, or services agreement. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement wins. Booking a call doesn't commit you or us to anything.

You can browse, read, and share links to the site for any lawful purpose. Please don't try to break or overload it, get around its security or bot checks, send spam or automated junk through the booking form, scrape it in a way that degrades it for other people, or use it to break the law or anyone's rights.

The site includes free tools and reference material, such as the email deliverability checker, GTM scorecard, salary and jobs data, the glossary, playbooks, and agency profiles. They're provided for general information. Results depend on what you enter and on public data that can be incomplete or out of date. They aren't legal, financial, or tax advice, and you're responsible for decisions you make with them.

Agency profiles and comparisons reflect our reading of public sources on the date shown. If something about your company is wrong, email team@getaob.com and we'll take a look.

The text, design, graphics, and code on this site belong to OneGTM or its licensors. You can quote short excerpts with a link back. Anything published under its own license, such as downloadable skills or templates, follows that license instead. Company names and logos belong to their owners and appear only to identify them.

We link to tools and partners we use and recommend. Some links carry tracking parameters, and some are referral links that may earn us a fee or credit if you sign up. That never changes what you pay. We don't control third-party sites and aren't responsible for their content, products, or privacy practices.

Our privacy policy explains what we collect when you use the site, including analytics and website visitor identification, and how to opt out.

The site and everything on it are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. To the fullest extent the law allows, OneGTM isn't liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim about the site is limited to $100. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you.

You agree to cover OneGTM for claims and costs that come from your misuse of the site or your breach of these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute about the site will be handled in the state or federal courts in New York County, New York, and you and we both agree to their jurisdiction.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version, and using the site after a change means you accept it. Questions go to team@getaob.com.
