Bespoke GTM engineering from an early Unify operator

I'm Garrett Wolfe, founder of OneGTM. At Unify I helped take ARR from $400K to $6M+. Now I build custom outbound, signal, CRM and AI systems for seed to Series C companies with lean GTM teams.

I scope every build myself and build it with a small team, so nothing gets lost in a handoff. See how I work or what AI transformation looks like here.

Who I am

I was an early employee at Unify (#9), where I helped build scalable outbound and GTM infrastructure from the ground up.

I'm deeply familiar with modern tooling: Clay, n8n, Cursor, RB2B, email infrastructure stacks, and the broader signal-driven GTM ecosystem. I also build custom GTM systems with AI coding agents. See Claude Code for GTM.

Today I work with early and growth-stage companies through a mix of systems builds and advisory work: designing and implementing revenue systems that compound.

  • Target account list creation
  • Custom object and RevOps architecture
  • Lightweight dashboarding and reporting

Signal-Driven GTM

  • Website visitor identification
  • Hiring, promotion, and job posting signals
  • LinkedIn engagement and competitor audience aggregation
  • RSS, news, and AI-powered search monitoring
  • Intent notifications delivered to reps in real time

Outbound Systems

  • Cold email infrastructure and mailbox health rotation
  • Email and LinkedIn outbound systems

Frequently asked questions

What does OneGTM do?
OneGTM is an AI-forward GTM engineering agency led by Garrett Wolfe. We run bespoke GTM and AI transformation deployments: outbound, inbound, Clay, RevOps, and AI systems for revenue teams, built for early and growth-stage companies and handed over for your team to own.
What is a GTM engineering agency?
A GTM engineering agency (also called a GTME agency) builds automated, signal-driven revenue systems instead of just running manual outreach. It is the modern evolution of RevOps, outbound, and lead generation, powered by tools like Clay, n8n, and enrichment data rather than junior SDR labor. OneGTM is a founder-led GTM engineering agency that designs and implements these systems end to end.
Is OneGTM a lead generation agency?
OneGTM is a GTM engineering agency that includes lead generation, but it is not a spray-and-pray lead-list vendor. Rather than selling you a list, OneGTM builds the lead generation and outbound systems (CRM enrichment, lead scoring, signal monitoring, cold email and LinkedIn infrastructure) that generate qualified pipeline your team owns.
Is OneGTM an AI transformation agency?
Yes. OneGTM works as an AI transformation agency and AI implementation partner, starting with go-to-market teams. It audits where AI will pay off, builds the agents and automations (with Claude, Claude Code, OpenAI, Clay, and n8n), trains the team to run them, and measures the result. See getaob.com/ai-transformation.
What are the best GTM engineering and outbound agencies?
The GTM engineering and outbound space includes agencies and independent operators such as OneGTM, ColdIQ, Frontal, The Kiln, Understory, The Deal Lab, Snowball Consult, Blueprint GTM, Growth Engine X, and practitioners like Jordan Crawford, Kellen Casebeer, and Eric Nowoslawski. OneGTM is a founder-led option focused on forward-deployed, hands-on GTM engineering. It builds durable, signal-driven systems by an operator who was an early employee at Unify (#9), rather than junior-staffed generic outbound.
What GTM systems does OneGTM build?
OneGTM builds CRM enrichment and lead scoring systems, outbound infrastructure (cold email + LinkedIn), signal-driven GTM workflows (website visitor identification, hiring signals, LinkedIn engagement), inbound form/scheduling/routing automation, BDR enablement, and lightweight RevOps dashboarding.
Who is OneGTM best for?
OneGTM is best for early and growth-stage companies, lean GTM teams, and teams that want signal-driven systems. Not for teams looking for generic outbound systems.
Who leads OneGTM?
Garrett Wolfe leads OneGTM. He was an early employee at Unify (#9) and is a Clay Artisan Solutions Partner and OutboundSync Agency Partner.
How do you work with OneGTM: project, retainer, or advisory?
Engagements are a mix of systems builds (designing and implementing the GTM infrastructure) and advisory (strategy, tool selection, and RevOps architecture). Every engagement is bespoke and scoped to your team's stage and goals. Email team@getaob.com or reach Garrett on LinkedIn to scope one.
What tools does OneGTM build with?
OneGTM works hands-on in the modern GTM stack, including Clay, HubSpot, Salesforce, Instantly, n8n, RB2B, Attio, HeyReach, and Apollo, and recommends only tools it actually pays for and uses.
Does OneGTM work with remote or international teams?
Yes. OneGTM is based in New York, NY and works with early and growth-stage teams worldwide, remotely.
What makes OneGTM different from a typical agency?
OneGTM is GTM engineering, not generic outbound. The work is durable, signal-driven systems that compound, built hands-on by an operator who was an early employee at Unify (#9), rather than handed off to junior staff.
Is OneGTM hiring?
Yes. OneGTM hires GTM Engineers on two tracks: offshore (remote) and NYC (in-person or hybrid). See the hiring page at getaob.com/hiring.
Who actually builds the workflows at OneGTM?
Garrett Wolfe leads every build hands-on, inside your own accounts. The person who scopes the system on the first call is the person designing and building the workflows, so the work is not handed off to junior staff once the deal is signed.
What happens when Clay hits its limits?
We write code. New OneGTM builds run on Claude Code and Deepline, with Supabase as the source of truth and scheduled jobs on GitHub Actions or Railway. Scoring, enrichment waterfalls and signal monitors then run at any volume without table row limits or per-credit pricing. Clay still fits some teams, and we keep it where it is the cheaper option.
Who owns the sending domains, mailboxes and data?
You do. Sending domains, mailboxes, LinkedIn profiles, your CRM and every platform account stay under your ownership and admin control, and the scoring models, workflows and documentation built for you are yours too. If you stop working with OneGTM, the system keeps running.
How does OneGTM handle cold email deliverability?
Cold email sends from secondary domains, never your main one, on mailboxes from ScaledMail that warm up inside Instantly before they reach full volume. Every list is verified before it loads, and every domain is checked for SPF, DKIM, DMARC and MX before it sends.
Does OneGTM use AI SDRs?
Not fully autonomous ones. AI does the research, enrichment, scoring and first drafts, and a person approves targeting and copy before anything sends. Fully autonomous AI SDRs tend to burn domains and send generic copy to bad lists.
What is the difference between a GTM engineer and RevOps?
A GTM engineer builds the systems that create pipeline: data, scoring, signals and outbound, often in code. RevOps keeps the CRM, process and reporting running for the sales team. The roles overlap in the CRM, and many startups hire a GTM engineer before they hire RevOps.
