How we report results

Every number on these pages comes from the customer's own systems, pulled on a date we state. We define each metric in plain terms before we count it. At Coastal, an accepted intro only counts once a recruiter clicks approve in Slack, and out-of-office replies never count as interest.

Quotes come from recorded calls and written messages, lightly edited to remove filler words. If a result depends on something outside our work, we say so on the page.

Who else we've built for

Beyond Coastal Recruiting, we've built inbound, outbound and enrichment systems for Antimetal, SuperDial, Rubie, Enata and others across SaaS, AI, healthcare, legal tech and private equity. The full customer list is on the homepage, and what we build covers the systems behind these results, from Clay builds to signal-based outbound.

Case studies FAQ

What results have OneGTM customers seen?
Coastal Recruiting grew recruiter-accepted candidate intros 4.7x in four months, from 72 in April 2026 to 340 in August. Its recruiters now accept about 10 intros a day, and interested candidates replied on 71 of 72 days between July 20 and September 29, weekends included.
What kinds of companies does OneGTM work with?
High-growth startups and operators across SaaS, AI, healthcare, legal tech, recruiting and private equity. Customers include Coastal Recruiting, Antimetal, SuperDial, Rubie and Enata.
How does OneGTM measure case study results?
Every number comes from the customer's own systems, pulled on a stated date. Each case study defines its metrics in plain terms (for Coastal, an accepted intro is a recruiter approve click in Slack) and excludes automatic replies such as out-of-office messages. Quotes come from recorded calls and written messages, lightly edited to remove filler words.
How long does a GTM engineering engagement take to show results?
It depends on the motion, but at Coastal Recruiting the first lift showed up within weeks, and by month four the outbound engine was producing interested candidates every day without anyone pushing it.
