Best B2B paid media agencies (2026): LinkedIn, Google, and paid social for B2B SaaS
B2B paid media agencies run LinkedIn ads, Google ads, and paid social for software and services companies, and get judged on pipeline instead of clicks. The good ones set up conversion tracking into your CRM, build the audiences, make the creative, and report on which campaigns produced opportunities.
OneGTM is not a paid media agency. We build outbound and signal-based systems, and we list the agencies below because paid and outbound work best when they hit the same accounts. Several of them publish their fees, which we quote from their own sites. If you want paid, outbound, and content planned together, see our demand generation agency page.
Key takeaways
- Published management fees start around $3,000 a month for LinkedIn-only work and run past $14,000 a month for full-funnel programs.
- B2Linked and Impactable specialize in LinkedIn ads; Hey Digital, SaaS Hero, and GrowthSpree run multi-channel paid for B2B SaaS.
- Refine Labs, Directive, Kalungi, Powered by Search, and Konstruct sell paid as part of a broader demand gen program.
- Ask how they report pipeline from the CRM, who owns the ad accounts, and what the minimum term is.
- Paid ads and outbound do better aimed at one account list than run as separate programs.

How to choose a B2B paid media agency
Pick on the channel first. If most of your budget goes to LinkedIn, a LinkedIn specialist will usually beat a generalist. If you need Google, LinkedIn, and Meta run together, pick a multi-channel SaaS shop. If you also need positioning, content, and a marketing leader, a full-funnel agency fits better, at a higher fee.
Then ask how they prove results. Any agency can report clicks and form fills. You want one that reports opportunities and pipeline from your CRM, by campaign.
- Who owns the ad accounts and the creative files if you leave?
- How do they track a click through to an opportunity in your CRM?
- What is the fee model: flat, tiered by spend, or a percentage of spend?
- What is the minimum term, and what happens in the first 90 days?
- Who on their team will actually run your account each week?
What a B2B paid media agency costs
Fees come in three shapes. Flat retainers, like GrowthSpree's month-to-month fee. Spend-tiered retainers, like SaaS Hero's $4,500 to $15,000 per month by ad budget. And percentage of spend, like B2Linked's 20% down to 6% above $15K a month. Most add a setup fee and a 3 to 6 month minimum.
Budget for media on top. LinkedIn clicks are expensive, so a test usually needs several thousand dollars a month in spend before you can judge it. Full-funnel programs such as Refine Labs start at $14,000 a month in fees alone.
Paid media and outbound on the same accounts
Paid ads warm up an account. Outbound books the meeting. Running them on one target account list means the buyer has seen your ads before the first email lands, and the ads keep running while the sequence plays out.
OneGTM does the outbound half: building the account and contact list, finding buying signals, and running email and LinkedIn sequences. The same enriched list can be uploaded as a matched audience for your paid agency, so both channels target the same buyers. See our outbound agency page for how that works.
- Build one account list and share it with the paid agency and the outbound team.
- Upload enriched contacts as LinkedIn and Google matched audiences.
- Retarget website visitors with ads and send the identified ones to outbound.
- Report pipeline by account, so both channels get credit where they touched the deal.
When to get help alongside your paid agency
A paid agency fills the top of the funnel with ad impressions and clicks. Many accounts that see the ads never fill out a form. Outbound reaches those accounts directly.
OneGTM builds the outbound and signal side: account lists, enrichment, signal-based sequences, and matched audience files your paid agency can use. We do not run ads.
- Your ads get engagement from target accounts but few demo requests.
- Your paid agency and SDR team target different account lists.
- You want website visitors and ad engagers followed up by email and LinkedIn.
- You need cleaner audience lists for LinkedIn and Google matched audiences.
