Best fractional RevOps firms (2026): agencies, consultants and marketplaces
Fractional RevOps gives you a senior revenue operations person or team for part of the week: someone who owns the CRM, lead routing, scoring, data hygiene and pipeline reporting without a full-time salary. You buy it from a RevOps agency on a monthly retainer, or you hire an individual operator through a marketplace.
OneGTM is on this list, so read it with that in mind. We are a GTM engineering firm that does RevOps work too, and we put ourselves first because it is our page. After us come the RevOps agencies that sell fractional or as-a-service retainers, then the marketplaces where you hire one operator. Where a firm publishes its fees, we quote them from its own site. Most do not, and we say so.
Key takeaways
- RevPartners publishes its RevOps-as-a-Service tiers: $9,850 a month for up to 10 hours a week, up to $27,000 a month for 30 hours, plus a $5,000 onboarding fee and a 6-month term.
- Go Nimbly, Elefante RevOps, Operatus, Think RevOps and Six & Flow sell custom retainers and share pricing on a call.
- Go Fractional lists starting retainers of $5,000 a month for 5 to 10 hours a week; Toptal and GTM 80/20 quote per engagement.
- Pick on your CRM first. Some firms are HubSpot shops, some are Salesforce shops, and a few do both.
- Fractional fits when you need senior RevOps design and building now but not 40 hours a week of it.
OneGTM: GTM engineering plus RevOps
We build the CRM, routing and reporting a revenue team runs on, and the enrichment, signal and outbound systems that fill the pipeline. Details are on our RevOps agency page.
OneGTM
That's us
GTM engineering firm run by Garrett Wolfe that also works as a fractional RevOps function: CRM architecture in HubSpot, Salesforce or Attio, lead routing, scoring, enrichment, dedupe and pipeline reporting. The difference from a classic RevOps shop is the build side: we also wire up Clay, n8n, signals and outbound that put new accounts into the CRM. The person on the scoping call is the person who builds it.
Best for: Early and growth-stage teams that need clean RevOps and more pipeline from one builder
Pricing: Custom retainers; scoped on a call.
RevOps agencies with fractional retainers
These firms sell a RevOps team on a monthly retainer, usually with a set number of hours. You get several specialists behind one account lead, which helps when the work spans CRM admin, reporting and integrations at once.
RevPartners
HubSpot and Clay focused RevOps firm selling RevOps-as-a-Service as an embedded team, plus HubSpot implementations, migrations from Salesforce, Marketo and Pipedrive, and a separate GTM engineering retainer.
Best for: HubSpot companies that want published, hours-based tiers
Pricing: RevOps-as-a-Service from $9,850 per month (up to 10 hours a week, Bronze) to $27,000 per month (up to 30 hours, Diamond), plus a $5,000 onboarding fee and a 6-month initial term. HubSpot implementations from $1,500. GTM Engineering-as-a-Service from $12,900 per month.

Best for: Series C and later SaaS companies with a complex stack
Pricing: Custom retainers; pricing by call.
Elefante RevOps

Best for: SMB and mid-market B2B teams on HubSpot or Salesforce
Pricing: Custom retainers; pricing shared on the assessment call.

Best for: Teams whose RevOps gap sits in marketing automation
Pricing: Custom retainers; free MAP health audit on request.
LeanScale
RevOps consulting firm for B2B SaaS covering CRM, attribution, forecasting and GTM systems. It also runs one of the largest public RevOps knowledge bases, with answers on attribution, pipeline and reporting.
Best for: SaaS teams that want a dedicated RevOps firm with a broad bench
Pricing: Custom retainers.
Marketplaces and networks for one fractional RevOps operator
A marketplace matches you with one person instead of a team. It costs less and moves faster, and you manage the operator yourself. It works best when the scope is clear and you already know what the CRM should look like.
Go Fractional
Marketplace for fractional executives and operators across operations, revenue, marketing and finance. The platform fee is built into the monthly price, and contract-to-hire is an option.
Best for: Hiring one part-time operator on a monthly retainer
Pricing: Monthly retainers; its operations and revenue role pages list starting points of $5,000 per month for 5 to 10 hours a week. One-time conversion fee if you hire the person full time.
Toptal
Talent network with a revenue operations consulting practice covering CRM strategy, lead management, forecasting, reporting and process automation, delivered as a managed project or as on-demand talent.
Best for: Companies that want a vetted contractor or a managed project
Pricing: Custom pricing; free consultation.
GTM 80/20
Network of senior go-to-market operators covering RevOps, growth, product marketing and analytics. Says it matches a vetted operator within about 48 hours, on a monthly engagement with the operator directly.
Best for: Startups that want a former in-house operator fast
Pricing: Custom pricing; set per operator.
Prices are from each vendor's site as of October 2026 and change often, so check before you buy. This is an opinionated list, not a paid ranking. Some links are referral links that may earn us a credit; that never changes what you pay or who makes the list.

Fractional RevOps vs full-time hire vs agency
A full-time RevOps hire makes sense when the work never stops: a sales team big enough that routing changes, reporting requests and CRM fixes fill a week every week. Below that, a full-time hire spends half their time waiting or doing admin, and the first one you hire is usually a generalist who cannot also build integrations.
A fractional operator from a marketplace is the cheapest way to get senior judgment. You get one person, and you manage them. An agency costs more per hour but brings a bench: one person on HubSpot workflows, another on reporting, another on the Salesforce migration. Many teams combine them, with an internal generalist who runs day to day and a fractional builder for enrichment, routing and automation.
- Full-time hire: steady RevOps workload, budget for a senior operator, and someone to manage them.
- Fractional operator: clear scope, 5 to 20 hours a week, and a founder or sales leader who can direct the work.
- Agency retainer: several systems to fix at once, or a migration with a deadline.
- GTM engineering firm: you need the CRM cleaned up and you need more pipeline flowing into it.
How to choose a fractional RevOps partner
Start with the CRM. A HubSpot shop will be slow in Salesforce and the reverse is true too. Then ask who does the work: many firms sell with a senior partner and staff with juniors. Ask to meet the person who will be in your CRM each week.
- Which CRM do they work in most, and how many implementations have they done in it?
- Who will build in your systems each week, and how senior are they?
- How many hours are included, and what happens to unused hours?
- What is the minimum term and the notice period?
- Do they document and hand over, so you can run it without them later?
What fractional RevOps costs
Few firms publish prices. RevPartners does: $9,850 a month for up to 10 hours a week, rising to $27,000 a month for 30 hours, with a $5,000 onboarding fee and a 6-month first term. Go Fractional lists starting retainers of $5,000 a month for 5 to 10 hours a week of one operator's time.
The rest quote after a call. Budget for software on top: enrichment, routing and sequencing tools are billed by their vendors, not by the RevOps firm. See our lead routing tools and CRM for startups pages for that side.
When OneGTM is the right fractional RevOps call
Most fractional RevOps work keeps the CRM clean and the reports accurate. That is necessary, and it does not add pipeline. OneGTM builds both halves: the CRM, routing and reporting, plus the enrichment, signals and outbound that put new accounts into it.
If your CRM is fine and you only need someone to run reports, a marketplace operator is cheaper. If you need the CRM fixed and more meetings coming in, talk to us.
- Inbound leads sit unassigned or land with the wrong rep.
- Reps do not trust the CRM data, so they keep their own spreadsheets.
- You have a RevOps generalist who needs a builder for enrichment and routing.
- Pipeline reporting exists, but the pipeline itself is thin.
