Best marketing and RevOps recruiters (2026): who hires marketers, and on what terms
Marketing and RevOps recruiters hire the people around a revenue team: demand gen, product marketing, content, design, marketing operations, and revenue operations. Some are contingency search firms for permanent employees. Some staff contractors. Some match you with a vetted freelancer for a few months.
Quota-carrying sales hiring, which overlaps at Betts and Captivate, is on GTM and sales recruiting agencies. A part-time marketing leader, which is a different contract from a recruiter, is on fractional CMO firms.
Key takeaways
- Betts Recruiting and Captivate Talent hire marketing, customer success, and RevOps people at technology companies, alongside sales roles.
- Aquent and Creative Circle (Everforth) staff marketing, design, and creative talent on contract and permanent terms. 24 Seven and Mondo cover digital marketing and contract-to-hire.
- MarketerHire and We Are Rosie match companies with vetted freelance or fractional marketers. Salt recruits digital talent globally.
- Robert Half staffs marketing and creative roles inside a larger staffing firm.
- Published placement percentages are rare. MarketerHire says matches can happen in under a week and that each engagement includes a two-week trial.
Tech marketing, customer success, and RevOps
These two firms also appear on the GTM and sales recruiting list because they hire sellers. Here the focus is marketing, customer success, and RevOps.
Betts Recruiting

Vetted freelance and fractional marketers
These are a fit when you need a senior marketer for a project or a few days a week, and you do not want to open a permanent search. A fractional CMO firm that stays on as leadership is a different model, listed under fractional CMO, CRO, and sales leader firms.
MarketerHire
Network of vetted freelance and fractional marketers across growth, paid media, content, lifecycle, and brand. The site says companies can be matched in under a week, and that each engagement includes a two-week trial.
Best for: A senior freelance marketer on a short timeline
Fees: Rates depend on the marketer and the hours. A public placement percentage is not listed. The site says there is a two-week trial.
We Are Rosie
Marketing talent network that matches brands with freelance marketers for projects and embedded work. The site says engagements do not require a retainer.
Best for: Project-based brand, content, and marketing work
Fees: Fees not published as a rate card. The site says there is no retainer.
Fees are from each firm's own site as of November 2026. Where a firm does not publish a rate, the card says so. This is an opinionated list, not a paid ranking, and nobody paid to be on it.

How to choose a marketing recruiter
A permanent RevOps hire and a six-week content contractor should not go through the same firm. Ask which of those they did last month, and whether they will also try to place your current marketers elsewhere.
- Permanent seat: ask for contingency versus retained, and the fee basis.
- Contractor: ask who employs the person, and what conversion to full-time costs.
- Freelancer network: ask how people are vetted, and what the trial covers if the match is wrong.
- RevOps specifically: ask for placements that owned CRM, routing, and reporting, not only campaign roles.
- Get off-limits terms so the firm does not recruit your current team during the search.
The marketer still needs a system to work in
A recruiter fills the seat. OneGTM does not recruit marketers. We build the outbound, routing, and CRM system a revenue team runs.
If RevOps is the gap and you want a firm to operate it, that is fractional RevOps. If you want the system built and handed over, start with RevOps.
- Routing rules live in someone's head.
- Marketing and sales disagree on what a qualified meeting is.
- The CRM cannot show which source produced pipeline.
