Best signal-based outbound agencies (2026): who uses real triggers, and what they charge
The best signal-based outbound agency depends on whether you want to own the system or rent the output. To have signal-based outbound built in your own CRM, domains and LinkedIn profiles and handed over, look at OneGTM, Frontal or Advanced Client. For done-for-you signal-triggered campaigns on a retainer, Reachly, Hypergen and LeadHaste. For signals plus paid media from one team, Understory.
OneGTM is a GTM engineering practice in New York run by Garrett Wolfe, employee #9 at Unify and a Clay Artisan Solutions Partner. I wrote this page and OneGTM is on it, so read it with that in mind. Every other agency was checked on its own site between October 28 and November 2, 2026, and prices appear only where the agency publishes them. For the wider market, see the best outbound agencies and the best GTM engineering agencies.
Key takeaways
- Signal-based outbound means a specific event at the account (a funding round, a new sales leader, a hiring spike, a tool change, a website visit) decides who gets contacted this week and what the first line says.
- Plenty of agencies say "signals" when they mean a better-filtered static list. Ask which trigger fired for each contact and to see the message it produced.
- Published prices in this list run from $4,500 a month (LeadHaste) and $5,000 a month (Advanced Client) to $6,500 a month (Hypergen). Most agencies quote on a call.
- Ask whose domains and profiles the campaigns send from, and what you keep if you stop.
- A small set of signals matched to a scored account list beats a firehose of intent alerts.
OneGTM: signal-based outbound built in your accounts
I build the signal layer, the scored account list and the sequences in your stack, then hand them over. More on the signal-based outbound agency page and in the buying signals guide.
OneGTM
That's us
GTM engineering practice in New York run by Garrett Wolfe (employee #9 at Unify). Scores the full account universe for fit, watches it for signals such as hiring, funding, leadership changes and job changes, and routes each fired signal into a cold email or LinkedIn sequence on domains and profiles the client owns, with reply handling and CRM sync. For Coastal Recruiting, accepted candidate intros went from 72 a month to 340 between April and August 2026.
Best for: Teams that want signal-based outbound built in their own accounts and kept after the engagement
Pricing: Custom; scoped on a call.
Agencies that build signal-based outbound in your stack
These firms build the signal, data and routing layer inside the client's CRM and tools, so more of the system stays with you.
Frontal
GTM partner for B2B tech companies past product-market fit, formerly ColdIQ Agency, rebranded in 2026 with the same operators. Its GTM Services line covers outbound, signal tracking and workflows, alongside ABM, LinkedIn and Google paid media, content and RevOps. Its site says it works inside the client's CRM and Slack, and it offers to build a prospect's next 100 target accounts, each with a reason to reach out.
Best for: Post product-market fit B2B tech teams that want signals plus other channels
Pricing: Not published; scope starts with one service and a pipeline goal agreed up front.
Advanced Client
London GTM engineering agency founded in 2023 that builds TAM mapping, buying-signal detection, outbound infrastructure and CRM architecture inside the client's own tools, and runs named-account LinkedIn ABM ads. Sold as a GTM Sprint (one channel, one ICP) or a forward deployed GTM engineer.
Best for: Teams that want a signal-led sprint with a published price
Pricing: GTM Sprint $5K/mo and Forward Deployed GTM Engineer $10K/mo, both with 3-month minimums; LinkedIn Ads management $3K/mo plus spend.
Blueprint GTM
Jordan Crawford's consultancy for data-driven outbound. It works backward from a company's best customers to the public data that would have revealed their problem (permits, regulatory filings, government records, competitor signals) and builds segments where the data itself is the pitch. Engagements end with training the client's team to run it.
Best for: Markets where the best signals live in public records, not intent feeds
Pricing: Three-month engagements; no price published.
Done-for-you signal-based outbound agencies
These agencies run signal-triggered campaigns for you on a retainer: data, sending, copy and, for most, booking.
Reachly
Done-for-you outbound agency that contacts companies showing a buying signal (funding, new sales hires, ad spend changes) across email, LinkedIn and cold calling in one sequence. It handles data, sending domains, copy, reply handling and meeting booking, with a meeting target agreed before launch.
Best for: Signal-triggered multichannel outbound on a flat retainer
Pricing: Monthly retainer based on scope; no prices published on site.
Hypergen
Cold email agency focused on intent and signal-based outbound (job changes, tech stack moves, competitor reviews), with deliverability infrastructure, Clay-based list building and HubSpot RevOps work.
Best for: Signal-based cold email plus HubSpot cleanup
Pricing: Lite: from $6,500/mo. Standard and Custom: custom pricing. 6-month minimum on all plans.
LeadHaste
Done-for-you outbound agency that sources decision makers from 12 families of buying signals, such as funding, hiring, leadership moves and tool changes, then runs cold email and books calls. Also sells a one-time Build and Handoff for teams that want to run the system themselves.
Best for: Managed signal-based cold email with a meeting floor
Pricing: Managed outbound $4,500/mo plus a $1,000 setup fee; first three months committed, then month-to-month. Build and Handoff scoped separately.
Cleverviral
GTM engineering shop that writes 15 to 20 plays per client, scores accounts from public data and scraping, and runs several signal-led cold email plays side by side to find winners, with replies drafted for Slack approval. Starts with a free 15-day proof of concept.
Best for: Teams that want many plays tested in parallel
Pricing: Not published; programs start at 20,000 messages a month.
Growth Engine X
Eric Nowoslawski's cold email agency for B2B companies with $1M+ in revenue. It builds lists from a client's best customers, enriches them with signals in Clay, and runs high-volume campaigns, saying it sends 8M+ emails a month across clients. Its site says domains, inboxes, Clay tables and lists transfer to the client.
Best for: High-volume cold email with signal-enriched lists
Pricing: Not published; qualified applicants can get a free test campaign.
SalesCaptain
London-based B2B outbound and GTM agency and Clay Enterprise Partner running cold email, LinkedIn and text outreach, inbound-led outbound that qualifies marketing leads and triggers follow-up, and Clay and AI workflow builds.
Best for: Multichannel outbound with an inbound-triggered leg
Pricing: Custom pricing.
Signals plus paid media
For teams that want outbound and paid campaigns aimed at the same accounts by one team.
Understory
Runs what it calls Allbound: paid media, signal-based outbound built in Clay and synced to the CRM, LinkedIn content and RevOps, planned together on one ICP. Its site says it ranked No. 140 on the 2026 Inc. 5000 and charges a flat retainer, never a percentage of ad spend.
Best for: B2B SaaS teams that want paid and outbound on the same accounts
Pricing: Flat retainer; amounts not published.
Prices are from each agency's own site as of late October and November 2026 and change often. This is an opinionated list, not a paid ranking, and nobody paid to be on it. OneGTM is on it because it is our page; read it with that in mind.

What is a signal-based outbound agency?
A signal-based outbound agency picks who to contact, and when, from events at the account rather than from one static list. A funding round, a new VP of Sales, a burst of SDR job posts, a switch off a competitor or a visit to your pricing page each start a sequence written for that moment. The test is simple: for any contact in a campaign, the agency should be able to name the trigger that fired and show you the message it produced.
Signals are only half of it. A signal at an account that does not fit your ICP is noise, so the better agencies score the full account list for fit first and only act on signals inside it. I keep fit and signal as separate fields and never add them together; the buying signals guide explains why.
Which signals work for outbound
| Signal | What it suggests | Where it comes from |
|---|---|---|
| Hiring for sales or GTM roles | Budget for pipeline and a team that will need tooling | Job posting data |
| New sales or marketing leader | A new owner reviewing vendors in the first 90 days | LinkedIn and job change data |
| Funding round | Growth targets and fresh budget | Funding data |
| Champion changed jobs | A warm buyer at a new account | Job change tracking |
| Tool added or dropped | A stack decision in progress | Tech stack tracking |
| Website or pricing page visit | Active research, when matched to a fit account | Visitor identification |
Sources for each signal type are compared on the buying signal tools page.
How to choose a signal-based outbound agency
- Ask which signals they track for a company like yours, and how a fired signal turns into a message.
- Ask how they decide which accounts are worth watching at all. A fit score should come before any signal.
- Whose domains and LinkedIn profiles do they send from, and who owns them afterward?
- Do they report positive replies and meetings by signal and by campaign, or only activity?
- What is the minimum term, and what happens to the data and the signal setup if you stop?
When to build signal-based outbound instead of renting it
Renting signal-based outbound gets campaigns live quickly. Owning it means the scored account list, the signal feeds and the warmed domains keep working after the contract ends.
- Outbound will be a channel for years, not a quarter.
- Your best signals need data no standard intent feed has, such as permits, filings or niche job boards.
- You want your own reps to work the signals inside your CRM.
