Best ABM platforms (2026): the suites, the point tools, and the stack we build instead

ABM platforms help a B2B team pick a defined list of target accounts, find out which of them are in market, and reach the whole buying committee with ads, personalized web pages, and outbound. The big suites bundle account identification, intent, advertising, and analytics in one contract. Point tools do one of those jobs well.

Below is the account-based stack OneGTM runs, then the ABM suites, the account-based ad tools, and the personalization and signal tools, with what each vendor publishes about price. Most of the suites do not publish a price at all, so plan for a sales cycle of your own before you buy one.

Key takeaways

  • OneGTM builds account-based outbound on Deepline, HeyReach, and Instantly instead of buying a suite.
  • 6sense, Demandbase, and RollWorks sell full ABM suites, all on custom pricing.
  • Influ2 and Metadata.io focus on account-based and person-based advertising.
  • Terminus merged into DemandScience in November 2024 and is no longer sold as a standalone ABM vendor.
  • A suite pays off when you sell big deals to a few hundred named accounts and have a marketing team to run it.

The account-based stack OneGTM runs

We build the target account list and signals in Deepline, find the buying committee at each account, and reach them on LinkedIn through HeyReach and by email through Instantly. Clay did the same job on earlier builds. It costs a fraction of a suite and every rule is visible.

Deepline

OneGTM uses this

GTM data platform that builds the account list, scores it, runs signal monitors across dozens of providers, finds contacts by role, and can push lists to LinkedIn, Meta, and Google ad audiences.

Best for: Owning account selection, scoring, and signals as code

Pricing: Pay as you go at $0.10 per credit with no platform fee.

HeyReach

OneGTM uses this

LinkedIn outreach tool that runs sequences across many sender accounts from one inbox, so several people can work the same account list on LinkedIn at once.

Best for: Reaching a buying committee on LinkedIn at scale

Pricing: Growth $79 per sender per month (less billed yearly); Agency $999/month; Unlimited $2,999/month. Free trial.

Clay

OneGTM has used this

Spreadsheet-style enrichment tool for building account lists, finding contacts across many providers, and tracking signals such as job changes and web intent.

Best for: Teams that want build-your-own ABM without writing code

Pricing: Free plan without signals. Launch $167/month billed annually ($185 monthly). Growth $446/month billed annually ($495 monthly), which adds web intent. Enterprise custom.

Full ABM suites

These cover account identification, intent, predictive scoring, advertising, and reporting in one platform. Expect a demo, a custom quote, and an annual contract.

6sense

Revenue AI platform with account identification, intent, predictive buying stages, technographics, and account-based advertising. Sold as sales intelligence bundles with data credits and predictive AI.

Best for: Enterprise teams that want intent and predictive scoring in one contract

Pricing: Custom pricing, sold through a demo.

Demandbase

ABM platform covering account intelligence, intent, advertising, and sales insights. Advertising can be the starting point, and data can be bought on its own.

Best for: Marketing-led enterprise ABM programs

Pricing: Custom pricing: a platform fee plus a flat per-user fee.

RollWorks (AdRoll ABM)

AdRoll's ABM product, with account-based advertising, account-based marketing, and a retargeting tier. The RollWorks site now redirects pricing to AdRoll.

Best for: Mid-market teams that want ABM led by display ads

Pricing: Account-Based Retargeting has no fee to get started; you pay for media. Other ABM plans by demo.

Account-based and person-based advertising

These put ads in front of specific accounts or specific people inside them. Useful for warming a list before outbound or keeping deals warm. Both price on scope, not seats.

Influ2

Contact-level ABM platform that serves ads to selected people at target accounts and reports who saw and engaged with them by name, without form fills.

Best for: Warming named contacts before a sales touch

Pricing: Custom pricing; book a demo.

Metadata.io

B2B paid media platform that builds audiences and runs campaigns across paid channels, priced on channels and managed ad spend.

Best for: Small demand teams running account-based paid social

Pricing: Custom pricing, scoped per team on a demo by channels, managed ad spend, and how much work you hand off.

Personalization and signal-based tools

These handle one piece of an ABM program: personalized assets for target accounts, or signals that tell sales which accounts to work this week.

Mutiny

Started as website personalization for target accounts and now positions itself as a sales assistant that builds personalized assets, microsites, and account-based blueprints for each deal stage.

Best for: Personalized pages and assets for named accounts

Pricing: Free; Business $50/month; Enterprise custom, starting at $40,000/year.

Unify

Signal-based outbound platform that identifies in-market accounts from website visits, champion moves, and other signals, then runs automated plays and sequences against them.

Best for: Sales-led account-based outbound on signals

Pricing: Free for up to 3 seats. Base $20/seat/month; Pro $60/seat/month; Business custom, billed annually, which is where website intent and automated plays sit.

Sumble

Account intelligence built from job posts and public data, with tech and job function filters, people search, and account signals. A cheap way to research and prioritize a target account list.

Best for: Researching target accounts by team and tech stack

Pricing: Free with 500 credits a month and 7 signals a week. Pro $99/month. Enterprise custom.

What an ABM platform does

Strip away the category names and an ABM platform does four things. It identifies which accounts are on your website. It estimates which accounts are in market from intent data. It serves ads to those accounts. It reports on engagement by account instead of by lead.

The suites do all four in one place. You can also buy each piece separately: visitor identification, an intent feed, an ad tool like Influ2, and a CRM report. For most teams under a few hundred employees, the pieces cost less and are easier to see inside.

Do you need an ABM platform?

A suite pays off when you sell large deals to a defined list of accounts, the buying committee is big, and you have marketers to run ads, landing pages, and reporting every week. Without that team, the contract becomes an expensive dashboard.

If your deals are smaller, your list is in the thousands, or sales drives pipeline, start with account-based outbound: a scored list, contacts across the buying committee, and multichannel sequences triggered by signals. Add ads once you know which accounts respond.

One note on the market: Terminus merged into DemandScience in November 2024, and the combined company sells under the DemandScience name. If you are on a Terminus contract, ask what renewal looks like.

Building account-based outbound without a suite

This is the stack OneGTM runs for clients. Each step is a tool you can swap, and the logic sits in code you own.

  • Size and score the account list from firmographics, tech stack, and hiring. Start with the TAM calculator.
  • Add signals: champion moves, job posts, tech changes, and website visits.
  • Find three to six people per account across the buying committee.
  • Run LinkedIn through HeyReach and email through Instantly, with copy written for each role.
  • Push the same list to LinkedIn and Meta ad audiences so they see you before the first touch.
  • Log every touch and reply against the account in the CRM, and report by account.

When to get help with ABM

Picking a platform is the small decision. The bigger ones are which accounts belong on the list, which signals mean an account is ready, and how sales and marketing split the work once one lights up.

OneGTM builds account-based programs on Deepline, HeyReach, Instantly, and your CRM, or helps you get value from the suite you already pay for. You own the data and the workflows.

  • You are about to sign a six-figure ABM contract and want a second opinion.
  • You pay for 6sense or Demandbase and sales does not use it.
  • You want account-based outbound without hiring a marketing ops team.
  • Your target account list was built once and never updated.

ABM platforms FAQ

What are the best ABM platforms?
6sense and Demandbase are the leading full ABM suites, RollWorks (now AdRoll ABM) serves the mid-market, and Influ2 and Metadata.io focus on account-based ads. OneGTM builds account-based outbound on Deepline, HeyReach, and Instantly instead of buying a suite.
How much do ABM platforms cost?
Most ABM suites do not publish prices. 6sense, Demandbase, Influ2, and Metadata.io are all custom pricing, and Demandbase charges a platform fee plus a per-user fee. Mutiny Enterprise starts at $40,000 a year, while Unify starts free and AdRoll's account-based retargeting charges only for media.
What happened to Terminus?
Terminus merged into DemandScience in November 2024, and the combined company operates under the DemandScience brand. The former Terminus platform now sits inside DemandScience's account-based experience offering and is no longer sold as a standalone ABM vendor.
Do small companies need an ABM platform?
Usually not. A full suite like 6sense or Demandbase needs a marketing team to run it. Smaller teams get more from a scored account list in Deepline or Clay, signals, and multichannel outbound through HeyReach and Instantly, adding ad tools like Influ2 later.
What is the difference between ABM and account-based outbound?
ABM usually means marketing-led programs with ads, personalized pages, and intent data across a target list, run in tools like 6sense or Demandbase. Account-based outbound is the sales-led version: the same target list, worked by email and LinkedIn to several people per account.
Can I run ABM without 6sense or Demandbase?
Yes. Build the account list and signals in Deepline or Clay, identify site visitors with a visitor identification tool, reach the buying committee through HeyReach and Instantly, and run ads to the same list on LinkedIn or through Influ2. That is the stack OneGTM runs.
